Located just .3 miles from Newcome Beach, Sandy Feet Retreat is sure to be your family's new favorite beach house in South Haven.

Living Spaces
Enter the front door and you'll immediately find yourself in the cozy, inviting living room. This open floor plan space is decked out with carpeting and a plush seating group surrounding a flat screen TV, perfect for streaming your new favorite show. The basement level offers an authentic theater room, with movie theater seating for 8, an electric fireplace, and a 70” screen for taking in the newest blockbusters. What a great way to spend the occasional rainy day…or special movie night. There's also a game room down here, with a foosball table for friendly competition, as well as a sofa to rest in between matches. You'll even have a kitchenette, complete with mini-fridge and microwave. You won't even have to go upstairs to make popcorn for the movie! The upper level offers a quiet seating area with two benches between the two family suites. This is a great spot to enjoy a few moments of silence, read a few pages in your book, or even practice yoga.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip. During the non-peak season, 2 night reservations will receive a 3rd night free! Restrictions may apply, please inquire for more details about the additional night.

Cooking & Dining
The fully-equipped and outfitted kitchen has everything the group chef needs for inspired culinary feats! This stylish space offers stainless steel appliances, modern countertops, and up-to-the-minute pendant lights over a center island with seating for four. The elegant dining table for 8 is adjacent to the kitchen and enjoys abundant sunshine through sliding glass doors leading out to the large patio. Bring back the tradition of family dinners here as you talk about your adventures and make wonderful new memories.

Bed & Bath
The upper level of the home offers two family bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a twin-over-double bunk, and TV. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. The main level offers a primary ADA-accessible suite, with a king bed, TV, seating area, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level offers a queen bed and TV. A hall bath features a tub/shower. The basement level has two additional queen bedrooms, each with a TV and seating area. They share a full bath with a tub and a separate walk-in shower.

Outdoor Spaces
Lazy days soaking up the sun and floating around the pool are yours to enjoy at Sandy Feet Retreat! With plenty of open and covered seating, everyone can enjoy the warm summer days the way they want to on the generous patio area. The built-in grill tempts you into the time-honored tradition of a family barbecue. In the evenings, break out the s'mores to enjoy around the fire pit as you tell your stories and make your plans. The Sandy Feet Retreat is a great place to be.
