✨️ Only a short 7 minute walk to Crumpsall tram station and to the nearest bus stop which connects you to the City Centre.
✨️The local Spar, a laundrette and Post Office are also only an approx 7 minute walk away.
✨️The accommodation is a side extension to a house but has its own Private entrance, with an ensuite private bathroom/shower.
✨️The accommodation is equipped with a large TV and free Wi-Fi connection. The room features high ceilings and a double bed with a mini fridge, kettle and microwave.

- Parking is free on all the connecting streets. There is also private parking on a slightly elevated driveway.
