I booked this property for a couple employees that were working in the area. They really enjoyed the "feel" at the end of there work day, "felt like going home rather than being stuck in a hotel room with nothing to do".

We had a good time, the house is very nice. We loved the pool! Beautiful location/community. It could be a florida thing but we dealt with a lot of ants in the master bathroom, kitchen and master bath. Dishes seemed to be dusty like maybe they had not been used for a long time. The beds were the worst for us, we are used to a memory foam mattress and these are borderline boxes. We really had a rough time sleeping all week to the point we considered a hotel or buying our own mattress topper to try to get some sleep. It was a huge downer for us as the rest of the house is so nice. Lastly there is an additional contract to sign after you book which i was not expecting since it doesn’t seem to be disclosed on the listing. It is awkward to get a call from a booking agency a week or two after you book saying your booking is not complete yet until you sign additional agreement! Overall this property is borderline great if those points could be improved

Your review left us surprised—not for the criticism, but for how disconnected it is from facts and your responsibilities as a guest. “Dusty dishes”? Simply untrue. The home had 84% occupancy before your stay. The last guest checked out the same day you arrived. Ants? You never contacted us. We respond immediately, but you said nothing. In Florida, food crumbs attract ants—still, we need to be told. Mentioning it only in a review is unfair and unhelpful. “Worst beds”? That’s personal opinion. No prior complaints. You made no effort to reach out during your stay. Our rental agreement is standard and clearly communicated. You were free not to book. “Borderline great”? This home has excellent reviews. Others say: “Perfect, clean, great pool.” Your experience stands out—for lack of communication, not because of the home. You stayed silent, then left a review that’s unbalanced and inaccurate. Liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung zwischen Fort Myers und Fort Myers Beach, Geradliniges und sehr freundliches Management auch deutschsprachig, alle Anziehungspunkte des Urlaubes, wie Strand, Golfplatz, Einkaufszentren und Restaurants mit Auto gut zu erreichen, aus dem Online-Inserat geht nicht hervor, dass der Ausblick poolseitig nicht auf einen der Teiche des Wohnparks erfolgt, insgesamt zu empfehlen!

This property was so clean and had everything we would need for beach vacation. Beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Even with the pandemic, we chose to travel and the private house with private pool was great. Very impresssed with how good the communication was with property manager.

Clean and bright!

The house was very much as described in the listing and listing photos. It was well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the lanai and heated pool, plus being able to park our car in the spacious garage. All the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were a nice added touch. We would recommend the house to friends.

WISH IT COULD HAVE

We had bad luck. We were only there one night when my husband had terrible pain in his right leg. Ended up in Urgent Care which ended up in the ER at Lee Memorial. Short story..we had to drive home before we could even enjoy the house. Never got to see the ocean. House was wonderful. Spent most of time at doctors and hospitals. We are still battling this as I write this.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Beach Pebble property. Very spacious and well equipped. Everything we needed for our stay. Lovely private pool. Spotlessly clean. Only negatives would be potential extra charge for electricity usage and additional $25 charge if you didn’t leave the gas grill spotless. Never ran into either of these items in the 20 plus properties we have rented over the years. Great Ft Myers location. Highly recommend this property!
