equipped with AC units and ceiling fans.
Exercise in the large pool or just relax after a day of working remotely from the house Pool is 13 meter /42 ft long.
Safely park in your private garage , 2 unroofed spaces and automatic garage door.

Casa Azul is 15 minutes from the airport, 1 block from Parque de Las Américas. It´s central location, makes it the ideal place to return from your daily trips

Casa Azul is committed to do an enhanced cleaning: Upon arrival you find a ready to
use sanitizing kit: sanitizing mat for shoes, desinfectant spray and hand sanitizing gel.
In the basic toiletries we included: sanitizing hand wipes and small bottles of hand
sanitizing gel. Washing machine may be used right away, as soap and softener will be available in the laundry area (small portion for 3 washing sessions)

Everything mentioned is included in the price, except electricity.
Electric meter to be read upon arrival and before check-out.
The money of the electricity must be paid in pesos in cash.
The kilowatt is charged at 3.5 Mexican pesos.

When the rent is more than 2 weeks, a cleaning of the house will be included.

No smoking inside the house.
No parties allowed and no extra guests allowed besides the guests declared in your stay

Other services may be available, like extra cleanning sessions, a cook, etc upon request and with additional charge.


The parking area is unroofed.
