Situated at the Cabins of Porcupine Ridge, this spacious 4-bedroom unit can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an open floor plan, a private patio with an outdoor hot tub, a firepit, and all bedrooms located on the second level. On the main level, the open layout combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas, creating a perfect setting for social gatherings and meals. The vaulted ceilings and large windows provide a view of the surrounding forest, enhancing the feeling of spaciousness, complemented by hardwood flooring throughout. The gourmet kitchen boasts a kitchen island with a breakfast bar for four, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, offering ample space for preparing delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the main dining area can seat up to six guests. The living area features several cozy spots to relax by the gas fireplace, providing a true mountain retreat atmosphere, and allows you to enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The private patio, accessible from the living area, is an ideal spot for peaceful evenings by the firepit or unwinding in the hot tub, helping you recharge after enjoying the various outdoor activities nearby. Additionally, a convenient powder room is located on this level. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms designed to ensure everyone has a comfortable night’s sleep. The primary suite boasts a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom that includes a dual vanity and a tiled shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower. The third bedroom offers a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom. The property was absolutely wonderful! Accommodated our entire family of 10 very comfortably. Very clean and well stocked. Very upscale amenities, like steam shower in the master, each bedroom having their own en-suite bathroom was a huge bonus as well! Highly recommend this property.

We stayed with family from overseas over Christmas. The house is huge and would fit a large group well. If you are planning on cooking the kitchen has a good amount of equipment. Good access to activities in Fraiser and Winter Park.
