You'll enjoy your two designated parking spots when you arrive! The fully stocked kitchen will allow you to dine in or eat al fresco on one of the three private balconies! The three floors of living space will ensure everyone has plenty of room to relax! The private dock in the back of the property is wonderful for fishing or just sitting and watching the dolphins play! Don't forget to bring your boat too!

Booked because of the pet friendliness and the boat dock. Plenty of slips to use out back for our 24' center console. Not a floating dock but we made it work. Unit is on three levels, above the garage, so be prepared for climbing many stairs daily.Great location, communication, and good overall condition.

This was a fantastic place to stay! We loved having the beach within walking distance as well as being located right on the bay! Sunsets followed by sunrises! There was plenty of room to spread out. The place was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent! Restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was helpful too! Would absolutely stay here again!

Kamel was a very difficult guest. He asked to have new beach gear bought for his visit. Insisted on checking in hours early, complaining it was hot outside. We worked very hard to be accommodating and patient throughout his weeks stay. This was his families second stay at our home and we were extremely disappointed about the horrible condition our home was left in and the items missing! Kamel was charged for the missing items then felt the need to write this nonsense review. His exact words upon leaving our property were "Thank you so much everything was well."
