This modern and spacious townhome has just been updated! All new plush carpet, paint, bathrooms, furniture and 4K smart TV's in ALL rooms. High-speed internet and 2 work spaces! Walking distance to BYU (less than 1 mile) or even shorter walk to nearby bus stop. Quick and easy self check-in. Close to Sundance, Seven Peaks water park, skiing, hiking and adventures. Kid-friendly with toys, high-chair and pack-n-play. Large cozy sectional and full kitchen. Laundry room with washer/dryer and iron.
The space
3 Level Townhome. Main gathering spaces on first floor, including half bath and laundry. Beautiful natural light fills the spacious but cozy living room. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on third floor to accommodate up to 6 ppl (King size and 2 queens). Basement level has queen bed with dresser and 4K TV. Lots of natural light and it's own full bathroom. We offer a pack-n-play for kiddos. Air mattress available for extra guests on request.
Guest access
Every guest receives a unique code that will unlock and lock the keypad lock on the front door. The entire home is completely accessible with the exception of the garage and closet under the stairs. Driveway is large and able to accommodate two large cars.
