Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked. Turn off all lights, appliances, and AC/heat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events or any activity that disrupts neighbors or violates local laws.
No vehicles leaking oil in driveway. A cleaning fee may be assessed to cover the cost of stain removal and maintenance.
Landscaper services the front and back yards once a week to maintain the property. We will notify one day in advance.
