Round Top's newest spectacular farmhouse. Comfortable and beautiful decor. Provides all of the amenities. Nestled on 6 acres and the views of the sunset are endless. Two full bathrooms. One king size room and one queen. Great space for entertaining friends, girls vacation or couples trip. Fur babies welcome! Book today.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please lock both back and front doors and put key back in lockbox and leave in pottery on front table.
Leave AC on Start towels in the washing machine,
Put all food and trash in trash bag and leave inside by the front door. Including bathroom trash bags.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
