L'Antoxana (VV140) is a holiday rental home with three double bedrooms with capacity for six people, two bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, TV, satellite TV, reading, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and garden with grill, all in a peaceful environment, very quiet and with splendid views.

Among the equipment is: washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, dishes and complete utensils for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom sets, hair dryer, toaster, kettle, blender, etc.

Built towards the 18th century, its recent restoration respected the original constructive elements that provide it with exceptional authenticity, such as huge masonry walls with hand-crafted stone lintels and the centennial chestnut beams of the rooms, each of which is oriented to a cardinal point. It is sighted from the El Sueve mountain range to the Mampodre riverbed on its way to Sella

Lovely house

This is a lovely house with wonderful views, the garden is pleasant, full of birds which enjoyed the stale bread that we put out. The neighboring cat also enjoys the visitors food. The owner speaks good English and is helpful.The negatives were the arbitrary parking, the access road is very narrow and we had a problem with the septic tank being full causing a bad smell in the cottage. The owner did manage to get the tank emptied, so I guess we were just a bit unlucky.

Authentic home in a beautiful, quiet environment.

We had a fantastic stay at Mario's house. The house is up in the mountains, but really easy to get to. The road is good. It is an authentic home with great old details. In the home everything you need is there. From kitchen supplies to tour guide magazines. It is located in a really quiet and a rural area where you only hear the sound of cow bells of the genuine Asturian cows and you can enjoy the view on the beautiful mountains. In the morning you see dots of clouds over the mountains, it is so beautiful. We loved the fruit trees all around. Lemon, nuts, apples, plums, the whole region is very fertile and green! Within 10 minutes you are in the city of Arriondas where there is a supermarket and restaurants. The house is close to Picos de Europa. We visited the viewpoint Pedro Udaondo. You can also hike in the region, we did a family friendly hike a bit more to the east, it was 14 kilometres and it was named Ruta del Alba and followed the river. The coast with big cliffs is also close to the house, appx. 30 minutes. We would definitely come back to this lovely home up in the mountains and can definitely recommend it to other families.

Fantastisch weekje Asturië

We werden van in het begin hartelijk ontvangen door Mario en hij was altijd bereid om te helpen met fantastische tips voor wandelingen, restaurants, ... Het oude huisje, het hedendaags comfort, gaf een extra dimensie aan onze beleving van het authentieke Asturië. Het ligt mooi afgelegen maar winkels, restaurants, ... zijn verrassend dicht bij. Een ideale uitvalsbasis om deze mooie streek te ervaren. Het tuintje was zeker een meerwaarde voor onze hondjes en het uitzicht is adembenemend. Een aanrader.

Fijne plek!

Huis is erg charmant, en tuintje kijkt uit over het dal. Stil stukje vh dorp. Nauwelijks iets gemerkt van de buren. We hebben het erg fijn gehad!! Een paar aandachtspuntjes: Huis is relatief klein voor de huurprijs. Bedden zijn eenvoudig. Doucheruimtes klein (maar bruikbaar als je wendbaar bent). Afstand tot dorp/stad is groot, dus hou rekening met auto tijden voor boodschappen etc. Berg op en berg af. Je moet vertrouwen op je internet provider. Ik had vaak geen bereik. Maar dan ineens wel, met name aan voorkante vh huis. Er is geen wifi!

Thank you for your opinion. In accordance with this advertisement and in compliance with the corresponding legal license and tourist regulations, the dimensions of the house exceed the required standards for 6 people, with double rooms of at least 10 m2, a living-dining room of 22.5 m2, an independent kitchen of 10 m2, and 2 bathrooms, one on the upper floor with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet, and another on the ground floor with a sink, washing machine, and a 0.80m shower tray. Similarly, the 4 single beds and the double bed are the universal size of 0.90m and 1.35m respectively and have viscoelastic mattresses. I have never received any complaints about size although I understand that personal preferences and expectations can vary. Also in accordance with the announcement and the directions that I provide in advance, the distance is 6.5 km to the nearest facilities in Arriondas, which is the capital town in the urban area. As the house is in a rural area, quiet, with views and farms, getting there from Arriondas implies a 10-minute drive including an uphill climb to reach it and a downhill descent to return. Lastly, while I do not advertise Wi-Fi due to certain limitations commonly found in rural areas, the mobile signal is reliable via satellite. Communication via phone and the internet is always possible, allowing guests to stay connected. Everything aligns with the advertisement, the conditions announced and the personal information I provide from the first contact, as I strive to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. This is not an urban area, it is the countryside, so I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding.

Urlaub in Garrio

Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Wir kamen am späten Samstagabend an und Mario hatte für uns ein komplettes Abendessen hingestellt, mit Wein und Cidre, Wurst- und Schinkenplatte, Käse, Brot und Kekse. Ein so warmherziger Empfang! Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, die Aussicht aus dem Garten auf due Berge wundervoll und in der Umgebung sind jede Menge phantastische Wanderwege. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke Mario

No fuimos. Debido a los incendios en Asturias en esos días, decidimos no ir. Lo sentimos mucho, no solo por lo que sé que nos perdimos, sino por el perjuicio que le ocasionamos a Mario, a quien tengo que agradecer su estupendo trato en todo momento. Precioso entorno desconexión total

La casa está muy bien, ha sido rehabilitada con mucho gusto manteniendo la esencia de una casa típica asturiana. Es espaciosa y tiene todo lo necesario. Tiene calefacción que funciona muy bien y chimenea en el salón. Mario es muy agradable y el contacto con el fue constante y nos recibió en la casa y hasta nos dejó un detalle de bienvenida. El entorno es espectacular, un paisaje precioso que hace te hace desconectar al máximo, sentarte el el jardín a mirar esa vista es una maravilla. El jardín tiene mesa , sillas y barbacoa, una gozada si el tiempo acompaña. En la aldea vive poca gente y lo único que escuchas son los sonidos de la naturaleza. Llegar a la casa no es complicado, está cerca de Arrinondas , tienes que subir como 8 minutos por una carrera un poco estrecha pero sin problema, incluso se hace ameno ya que vas viendo el entorno tan bonito. Nos ha gustado mucho, esperamos volver pronto.

Ruhe und Entspannung pur

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Das Haus ist super niedlich und der Garten hat eine wunderbare Aussicht! Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! In der Gegend gibt es einiges anzuschauen: die Seen in den Picos de Europa bei Cavadonga ( wenn man morgens vor 08:30 h dorthin fährt, kann man mit dem eigenen Auto fahren) , Canga de Onis ist sehr nett und In Arriondas kann man gut und günstig essen gehen! Ein sehr schöner Strand ist in Erholsame Tage sind garantiert!

Ein sehr schönes Objekt in toller Lage, 30 Minuten zum Meer und 30 Minuten in die Berge. E

Sehr netter Vermieter, der schnell antwortet und gute Tipps gibt. Leider war die Witterung etwas kühl, aber mit Holz ließ sich das Haus gut heizen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, umgeben von wiesen , Wäldern und Bergen in einem idyllischen kleinen Weiler.... das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles Wichtige ist vorhanden.

Ruhe, Kuhglocken und tolle Aussicht

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche! Die Ruhe ist erholsam und man kann prima entspannen. Trotzdem kann man viele tolle Ziele schnell mit dem Auto erreichen. Mario war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der jederzeit ansprechbar ist, wenn man Hilfe braucht.
