Turn things off: Please turn off the A/C, all lights and electrical appliances before leaving the house.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the House for the whole day or when not in use.

It is NOT allowed to throw any party in the house. Please respect the residential neighborhood and keep noises, music to a minimum during quiet hours.

Please do not leave any food items outside the fridge and/or waste laying around. Please litter your garbage bag daily in the green bin outside.

Home is really large and clean. AC kept us cool. More then enough kitchen utensils. Centrally located to everywhere I wanted to go. nothing under 20 mins. Parked right outside of gate no issues quite area. Will definitely stay again
