This location is truley a "one of a kind" location. Private yet still within walking ditance to the Village of Sylvan beach. This was our primary house for three years.
What makes this property unique
Located on the beach, walking distance to all of village activities, bars, restaurants. Great swimming for kids. fisihing, and every outdoor activity you can come up with. Its a perfect location for any age.
