Our first day check In was pushed back due to the cleaning crew and then the well needing addressed. While waiting for this all to process, driving around, after already driving 12 hours, my car got a flat. After arriving to the property the pool was not in the best of shape to swim, the fridge in the kitchen leaks to a point it’s in the dining room. The WiFi also didn’t work that well throughout the house, especially up to the master bedroom. We made the best of our trip because this house is still gorgeous and had a view that is breathtaking! Here are some things we found during our stay: the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable it sinks to the middle. The pool people came to clean the pool but never fixed the problem so it was never actually clean. All of the jets don’t work on it, I’m not a pool person but I’m positive there should be more chlorine floaters in there. We attempted to use the grill and it’s so covered in grease that we immediately had to pull it away from the canopy building out there. The mirror is broken in the bathroom in the downstairs bathroom- the was like this upon arriving. Some of the decking looks unsafe. The pros: the fire pit out back was definitely a greatly added bonus for family night, the bedroom space for in-laws and us! Overall, the house was great and my kids and family had a great stay, we wish the pool was in better shape during our stay and we’re glad to have stayed an extra day. Thank you for hosting us.
