MID CENTURY MODERN IN INDIAN WELLS
Built in the Mid Century and recently remodeled to its original era. Just under 2000 square feet of space all on one level with a spacious private patio with BBQ.
Large floor to ceiling windows maximize the view of the expansive green space and you're only steps to a large pool & spa.
The beautiful bright kitchen is brand new (2022). Loads of cupboard space, quartz countertops and well stocked. Bedrooms are large with 2 King Size Beds in two rooms and twin beds in 3rd room. Tile throughout most of the home, except carpets in Bedrooms. Sliding glass doors in bathrooms lead to inner courtyard.
We are continually doing upgrades on our home to make it very comfortable yet preserving the mid century vibe.
There are 6 pools and 3 hot tubs to choose from as well as two tennis courts & a pickleball court. The pool behind our home is the largest and has a 14 person hot tub. Fabulous location close to Indian Wells Club, the Hyatt Hotel & numerous restaurants. A short drive takes you to El Paseo's world class shopping & restaurants.
We love our home in Casa Dorado and are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We purchased our home in Indian Wells in preparation for future retirement. We looked at over 40 homes and knew that this was 'the one' as soon as our realtor opened the front door. We live just east of Vancouver, B.C. and are looking forward to escaping the rain. After looking at all areas, Casa Dorado at Indian Wells can't be beat in terms of location, beauty and a quiet peaceful atmosphere.
