Besides the beds being very hard and the window unit in the large bedroom needing replaced, our stay was great. Not too far of a walk to the train station and very close to lots of great shopping and restaurants in Hoboken. Host was great to work with.

Apartment was in excellent, clean condition. Apartment was close to everything. The amenities were good. Enjoyed coffe and tea. The bathroom door is a loud to close, so it was difficult to not disturb our children sleeping in the room next to it. Comfortably fot 4 people forbaure.

Great spot to explore the area from. Kitchen and living room had everything we needed. Bathroom was roomy and water pressure was good. Mattresses are very firm, which we found difficult to sleep on. We also didn’t realize what a railroad style apartment meant until we got there. This problem is easily solved if you’re okay leaving the front door and bathroom door unlocked so the bathroom can be accessed without going thru the other bedroom. Apartment is up a couple of flights of stairs. Overall felt safe and satisfied with what we paid and where we stayed for 6 days. Joe was easy to communicate with and the coffee was well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay in Hoboken. The property is within walking distance of restaurants and downtown. We struggled a little to get into the property. We were surprised by the stairs, as we had four suitcases. The property was spotless.
