Welcome to our newer built, beautifully designed studio apartment just off I-5 in South Tacoma, WA. This cozy studio is perfect whether you are here for business pursuits or leisurely exploration. This unit has a plush queen-sized bed and a 50" smart TV loaded with all of your favorite streaming apps. In unit washer and dryer make it easy to wash before heading back home. There is also a bus stop right outside making access to public transportation easy to go and see the sights.

Property was very comfortable and clean. Host was responsive and accommodating. The bed is amazing. The only downside is no green space and some traffic noise during the day. But the bed makes up for all of that!

Clean, perfect home away from home for a long stay. Easily accessible but off the beaten track of traffic. Only recommendation would be to replace the curtains with black out ones to keep the flood lights that are on all night out of the windows. Would stay here again if work brings me back out here. Thank you for being wonderful host!

It was a great 4 nights here. I was showing my partner around my home town, and this place was so close to South Tacoma Way, Walmart, Costco, the freeway and even the mall. Checking in was a bit scary because this side of Tacoma is a little different from where I was grown up at. but the residences at the apartment complex keep to themselves, it’s quiet, and peaceful.The host was very quick to respond, the place was very clean and quiet. Easy to get in, family friendly for sure! Mahalo from Hawai’i! Will definitely try to book here again the next time we are here!
