Backyard features putting green, disc golf, fire pit, bistro lights & lawn games. YouTube TV, NFL Sunday Ticket, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu...on us! New furniture & appliances, stocked kitchen, laundry, plus golf, pool, tennis & pickleball just steps away with plenty of parking.
We include early check-in (3pm) & late check-out (11am) for all our guests.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
* Place all towels in the bathtub/shower.
* No need to strip the beds we have that covered.
* Place all trash in bags and bins outside garage.
* Return all remotes to the correct devices ($50 fee per lost remote).
* Turn off all lights, TVs, and water.
* Load dishwasher and start.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
