Our modern built home (2019) with 4 bedrooms is located just south of Downtown Houston off HWY 288. Our home is less than half a mile (2 minutes) to 288 HWY, ensuring easy and quick access to all of Houston!

Our beautiful country style home includes two floors and a garage apartment!

Level 1 - You will love our open concept living room and master kitchen with ceiling high windows! We have a dining area with seating for 6 and an additional 2 dining chairs at our kitchen Island. There is great views of our large deck from our living room or watch our 65 inch smart TV!
There is a half-bath on this floor for you and your guests.

Level 2 - The 2nd floor offers 4 bedrooms, including a Master bedroom with a king bed with large walk-in closet. Beautifully constructed master bath with deep soaking tub and huge walk-in shower.

Garage Apartment: our garage apartment includes a queen bed with a desk/TV. There is a full bath, living room with 65 inch TV, and a small kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, and a sink. We also have a stacked washer/dryer for guest use in our apartment.

Enjoy the nice and peaceful views of our backyard from our master bedroom.

The backyard is fully fenced.There is no shared spaces or parking in our home.

Wake up to freshly brewed coffee, wind down with a warm cup of tea; whether you choose to dine out or cook in, this house has you covered.

Guest have access to main house and the separate garage loft in this booking. The garage loft and home have their own private entrances.

Welcome to our Country Style 5 bed home in Houston, Texas!
A few rules/guidelines:
1. ID verification required prior to check in.
2. We have cameras at the front door and above the garage apartment facing the street.
3. Pets are allowed for stays over 7 nights (please ask before booking)
4. No smoking in our home.
4. If you are booking for a SAME DAY check-in, please message to confirm check-in time.
5. We have an amazing Fire Pit. Please plan to bring your own wood.
6. EARLY CHECK-IN IS ONLY ALLOWED IF NO GUESTS THE NIGHT PRIOR. Please ask the night before your check-in for approval.

Early Check-in Fee: If you are looking to check-in early, we allow a FREE early check-in up to 2PM (If it's available, and no guests book the night prior). If you need to check-in prior prior to 2PM, there is an additional $20 fee per HOUR before 2pm.
