1BR Just Steps From the Beach at Sugar Beach 349!

This cozy renovated 1 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located only steps away from the beach with indirect beach views from your balcony. The eat-in kitchen has all the cooking basics as well as brand new appliances. The living room has a smart TV, comfy chairs and a pull-out sofa. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and smart TV. There is a bathroom on both levels as well as a washer and dryer on the main level.

We personally manage our own unit, so you will not be dealing with a management company. We are easily accessible and want to make your stay as relaxing and fantastic as we can! We look forward to sharing our condo with you, and hope you love it as much as we do and want to come stay with us again and again!

PARKING PASSES
Parking Pass(es) may be purchased on site when you arrive at the complex for $35 for the entirety of your stay. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit (only 1 pass during holidays), and you must show your reservation confirmation when purchasing at the complex. The cost and number of the parking passes available is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice. A processing fee is added if paying by credit card.

Amazing!

From the time we walked in the door it felt like home. The condo is so cozy and the absolute cutest. Everything we needed was already there and taken care of from floats and chairs all the way to sweet treats and water in the refrigerator! I can honestly say this is one of my favorite condos I’ve stayed at and plan to come back for many years to come!

Great property right on the beach with the BEST hosts! Their personal touches, like having our favorite treat waiting for us upon arrival, are definitely above & beyond! We loved the condo it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I really loved that we didn’t have to worry about bringing chairs and beach stuff that way we leave all the sand here where it belongs! 🤣 Great location. We will visit again.

Highway recommended, we had a great stay!

I cant say enough good things about Aubree and Landon as owners/hosts! They were very nice, thoughtful, and easy to get ahold of. The condo was very clean and so comfy! We had everything we needed plus more! The kids enjoyed the "fun closet" and the 2 video games as well as the 3 pools and easy beach access. The sugar shack was definitely a hit with the all of us from snacks and lunch to adult drinks! Cant wait to book again!

A week at the beach!

It was our first visit to Orange Beach and we will be back! Condo 349 was a pleasant surprise. So clean, new appliances and fully equipped with everything you need. Even coolers and beach chairs and floats. Just grab a bag, throw in some clothes and take off! The owners are extra personable and considerate of your every need. Thank you for a great week!!

Amazing beach experience to bring our 2 grandsons.

Sugar Beach Condo #349 was the ideal getaway to bring our grandsons to enjoy Orange Beach. Our condo offered 2 arcade games with multiple selections on each machine. Grandpa and grandsons were able to play them during rainy times. The owners had a closet full of beach necessities plus more. We were able to swim in our choice of 3 pools or on the beach. These accommodations afforded us the opportunity of doing more activities such as bike and boat rentals as well as eat out. The owners are top-notch and accessible for any questions and offered activity suggestions during the rainy parts of our week. The owners care that your family is having the best time and also left us our favorite soda and snacks. They have plenty of kitchen utensils and more for cooking your own meals. The condo is big enough for a family of four with 2 kids on a sleeper sofa; bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and there's a full bathroom on both floors. Thank you for an unforgettable experience with our grandsons.

Wonderful week

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach Condos 349. It was very clean, plenty of space with a king size bed upstairs and a queen pull out sofa bed. The owners were fantastic supplying everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, coolers, floats for my grandchildren to use. The establishment had 2 adult pools and a kiddy pool which was perfect for the babies. The location was close to places to eat and pick up groceries and about 25 minutes to the outlet malls that we enjoyed. One of the best things was it was on the beach that was perfect! We sure will come back the owners were informative and made us feel like family!
