This modern 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 8, featuring 3 queen beds and a twin pull-out sofa, making it perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. Each bedroom offers plush bedding and cozy furnishings for a restful night’s sleep, while the living area is ideal for gathering and relaxing.



Stay entertained with 55” TVs, stream your favorite shows, or unwind with a movie night. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, and utensils, allowing you to cook meals at your convenience. A dedicated workspace ensures you can work or study comfortably, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays effortless.



With 2.5 bathrooms, mornings and evenings are smooth and stress-free for all guests. Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen. Self-check-in allows flexible arrival. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a work-friendly desk, and all essential amenities for a comfortable, stress-free stay.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: A $49 protection fee is applied per reservation and covers accidental damages up to $150.

Guest Verification

To comply with property requirements and ensure a safe environment, guests may be asked to:

• Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID

• Confirm contact details

• Complete our secure verification portal

• In rare cases, undergo a background check as required by property management

Rental Agreement

All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement outlining the terms of stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to:

• Follow the rental terms and conditions

• Provide valid ID prior to check-in

• Complete the verification process as requested

• Understand that check-in instructions may be shared only after successful verification



Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed.



Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with prior approval based on size and type. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet to avoid any issues with your booking. A cleaning fee per pet applies as follows:

• 1–4 Nights: $35 per night

• 5–29 Nights: $250

• 30+ Nights: $400
