Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please try to put things back where you found them upon check-in! Ensure patio umbrella is returned to front coat closet. Ensure fire pit and grill are covered. Please turn thermostat to 65 degrees.
Please turn off fans & appliances. Collect all Trash and Recycling and place in outdoor trash/recycling bins. If traveling with pets, please bag all droppings from yard.
Place all used towels/sheets/linens in Laundry Hampers. Place any soiled/used comforters (heavy blankets) on the floor in front of the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Comfortable home with lots of natural light, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 large living spaces and a large private backyard. Enjoy a well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking or baking, including lots of coffee, cleaning supplies and starter essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)
