Well-kept, well-equipped apartment right on the sea. Where Italy still belongs to the Italians, the property is just a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. Between the oak forest and green hills you and your family can take your relax, get to know the Italian soul and enjoy pure nature. The apartment is well prepared for it. Two bedrooms give a good space for a family of 4 or a group of friends. There is nothing missing. You have a direct view into the green and a beautiful view of the wide bay which beaches you can choose between sandy beach and pebble beach. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining room. A spacious terrace is perfect for relaxing during the day and barbecue in the evening.
If you want to paint, easels are available for studio and outdoor.
Historic cities invite you to stroll as well as the nearby massif for hiking and exploring. Culinary offers the environment a rich table, wine, wonderful olive oil and all sorts of local specialties, which are unique in Italy.

Schönes Objekt.
Fünf Minuten bis zu einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt mit klarem Wasser, bestens geeignet zum Schnorcheln.

Even though I have travelled a lot myself, I always like to come back to this place. I myself speak several languages and am happy to learn about other cultures. You are welcome to speak with me in Italian, English, German, French, Korean.

The house and the place offers exactly what makes vacation. The house is nestled on a hill directly on the sea. In our area you can relax away from the hustle and bustle but if you ever feel the need of company and entertainment, you can find just the right thing in the surrounding area. Nearby are the cities of Chieti, Pescara, Vasto, all with a long history.
The beach is within walking distance. You can have sand beaches, pebble beaches and nature beach. And even if you are a friend of naturist beaches you can find one only in 300 meters distance.
