This classic Palm Springs pool home was built by the iconic Alexander Construction Company in 1960. It has been lovingly restored to celebrate its midcentury roots while elevating the comfort level for today’s traveler. Original design elements like the post-and-beam ceilings, flat roofline, and open-concept floor plan remain — now enhanced with high-speed internet, updated heating and cooling, and four flat-screen TVs.
