Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Host experience: Front desk and other staff on the check out day was extremely rude. Amenities: No essentials provided, no dinnerware for 6 people, no cleaning supplies in kitchen.Floor was very dirty.

All the staff was welcoming at check in and helpful getting our items to our room. Maintenance was required for a small item and they were quick to respond. We were in town during unseasonably cold period. The room does not have heat which may be common for this area. Disappointed that we did not have access to our outside patio as it was locked shut. (For our safety) Older building and room, not as clean as expected. Could use some additional care. Overall - the room was sufficient for the price. Good location.

Carpet was old and stained. Balcony door lock didn’t work. No blankets on the beds. Dining chairs were stained. No soap in the kitchen for either the sink or dishwasher.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. The hotel is dated and the staff is very rude. They do nothing to make your stay pleasant. You have to go to the “house keeping” closet to get your rooms clean towels, toilet paper or anything else you need for your stay. The staff does not speak English (only the desk and the parking attendant spoke English) and were very rude when we couldn’t communicate with them. They make you check in everyday with your beach towel and the towel must be returned that day for an exchange of a “ticket” If you loose your ticket, you need to pay 20. You are only allowed one clean beach towel per day. The pool area is old and the chairs are broken and dirty. If you want to use a cabana its 350. Look at the pictures to see how bad they are! They are GROSS! The beach chairs are worst and are broken. They say there is chair/umbrella service at the beach, nope! You have to carry your own chairs on the beach . It’s 20 to rent a umbrella and the guy wouldn’t even put it in the sand for us! The pool does have a bar, plan on spending 18 per drink, and they aren't good. The hotel is dated. They even out up “wet paint” signa to make it look like they are upgrading. That's funny, no new paint. . They have a small store and you can buy coffee/breakfast and snacks. Oh- and I hope you don't need toilet paper anytime after 4:30 pm. You are out of luck! House keeping is closed! No one in the hotel will get you any. You need to go buy your own!

The location to the beach was fantastic. The staff was very nice. The condo itself was in need of a little TLC but very spacious and perfect for our family for the short time we were there.
