We booked this apartment as it said it was a beach view. However the view is a view of the marina and not the beach. The apartment is inside the seacoast suites which is quite run down and in need of modernization. The lifts frequently break down and it can be a long wait for the working lift or a long walk up or down the stairs.
The apartment itself is quite run down. The photos of the living area are not the same as advertised. The kitchen stools are really dirty, the bathroom has no air ventilation so the paint is all bubbling and the ceiling is brown. The lamp in the front room is broken and wonky . The other bathroom has a bath but no plug so you can't actually use it.
The kitchen is lacking basic essentials , the fridge isn't plumbed in so no ice or water is available from the fridge. There were no bowls in the kitchen for cereal and even though we messaged the host asking for some, she never responded.
The TV in the lounge is absolutely tiny. Like a mini TV. Id expect at least a 30 inch for a lounge. All in all very disappointed
