FEATURES:
Fully self-contained two storey beach front apartment. Perfect position on the Esplanade with magnificent views. Direct access to patrolled beach. One minute walk to café and surf club. Ten minute drive to McLaren Vale. Upstairs living - kitchen/dining/lounge with balcony overlooking the beach. Downstairs – Two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry area. Secure premises. Undercover parking for 2 cars. Reverse Cycle Air-conditioning.

Upstairs:
Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, sandwich maker, blender, rice cooker, Bosch dishwasher, wok, Nespresso pod coffee machine and a Delonghi automatic coffee machine.
Living area with 2 lounges, large 65 inch Sony OLED smart TV, DVD and Blu-ray players with DVD library.
Bose sound touch system with radio, CD player and bluetooth connection for streaming music
Unlimited Wi-fi and Netflix.
Books and board games.
Balcony with outdoor setting - views of the coast including stunning sunsets over the sea.
Views of the of the beach from living area.
Ziegler & Brown hooded Gas BBQ (plumbed in to mains gas).

Downstairs:
Main bedroom with queen bed, luggage racks, tallboy, wardrobe and second TV with chromecast.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds.
Spacious bathroom with spa bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
Laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.
All bed linen and bath towels (Sheridan) supplied. Beach towels not supplied.
Hairdryer supplied.

Site is secure with entry by way of keypad and card swipe for vehicles.
Small fenced rear yard with clothes line.

AREA:
Location is ideally situated between Adelaide and the many attractions of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Moana beach just out your front door. No vehicles are allowed on this section of the beach but option to drive on the beach is available to the south. Sandy white beach for long walks. Walking and cycling track by beach. Surf school.
Moana Surf Club across the road.
Seaford Shopping Centre is only 1.5 km away - major shops include Big W, Cheap as Chips, Woolworths and Drakes Supermarket, together with a number of small specialty shops.
Eating places nearby include –
Deep Blue Cafe is renowned for their fabulous pizzas & coffee and is only 20 metres away.
Beach Hotel Seaford – 10 minute walk
Zambrero's – 15 minute walk
10 min drive to Port Noarlunga with numerous eating places
Only a 10 minute drive to the fabulous McLaren Vale wine region
13 minute drive to Colonades Shopping Centre at Noarlunga with Wallis movie cinemas
Travel to Adelaide is easy using the Southern Expressway (40 minutes) or the Seaford rail (5 minutes to Park & Ride)

Could not fault this accommodation. Clean and tidy, easy to access, well equipped with plenty of instructions on how to use appliances, communicative and accommodating hosts, sunsets to die for, short drive to the supermarket and great cafe and restaurant next door. Exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely return if we find ourselves back down that way again. Thanks Tracy and Mark for being such great hosts.

A comfortable 2 bedroom unit with everything you could need, including secure parking and helpful hosts. Very close to 2 cafes and across the road from a really safe family beach. Saw dolphins close to shore on the last morning.

Our host was very obliging with meeting our needs and kept in close contact, with very exact instructions on how to gain entry access.The apartment had all the mod cons and more than what we utilised. To sit on the balcony and watch the storms coming across gulf were amazing. All in all it was a fantastic stay and wished we could stay longer. Highly recommend the stay. Cheers

Great, relaxing getaway.

If you love relaxing watching the ocean, well it is spectacular especially the sunsets. The walks go for miles and the shops are just a few minutes drive. I could recommend this property to people who want to enjoy a getaway by the beach, and the Moana Lifesaving Club is close.

Fabulous location and stunning beach.

This apartment is in a fantastic location directly across from Moana beach. I also thought this was the prettiest beach on the peninsula and so close to all of the wineries in McClaren Vale. We very much enjoyed our stay. Bring your own beach towels if local - we were international tourists and would have liked some beach gear but overall the apartment was great value and really clean.

Mark & I purchased this property at the end of January 2018. We have always loved Moana Beach and holidayed here regularly with our daughters when they were young. We still love the area and enjoy visiting the many amazing wineries at McLaren Vale. The sunsets from the balcony are amazing particularly with a nice glass of McLaren Vale Red. We live in Adelaide in the foothills. We are semi-retired and have 2 working age daughters who now also enjoy Moana with their friends.
