This Bolivar Peninsula house boasts breathtaking views of the ocean with a short, 3-minute walk to the beach. Spectacular sunsets are enjoyed from the tall showcase windows. Private parking and private beach access welcome you to the Texas coast.
The great room has fantastic ocean views, tall ceiling, and a large flat-screen TV. The sectional sofa gives lots of space to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen has a huge island with lots of lighting and modern appliances.
The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, natural stone counters, and soaking tub. It includes a TV and ceiling fan for comfort.
Two bedrooms boast queen sized beds, ceiling fans, and TVs. One bedroom holds four twin-size bunk beds. The house has two additional full bathrooms with beautiful quartz counters, towels and bath amenities, and towels.
Guests will enjoy the soothing atmosphere and amenities like the electric fireplace for ambiance! You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Keys are stored in MasterLock boxes on property. Combination given 48-hours prior to check-in. Leave keys in same box at check-out.
Leave all used towels in bathtub and leave beds unmade with sheets on beds.
Leave trash in receptacles located on property. All garbage MUST be bagged in garbage bags provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
