These spacious 3 Bed 2 Bath condos in the Vista Cay Resort are individually decorated and fully stocked with all the comforts of home. These beautiful units feature a full kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. There is unlimited free parking, blazing fast Wi-Fi, and cable in your unit. Flat screen TV's are featured in every unit.

Vista Cay is gated and close to world famous Orlando outlet shopping and hundreds of restaurants. Located right off International Drive next to Sea World and Universal Studios, this location is second to none. It is also 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Renting this unit also grants you access to the clubhouse which has a resort style pool, fitness center, game room, concierge, 24 hour front desk, and business center. Vista Cay is unique because it is the only vacation rental resort in Orange County. All other vacation rentals are located in Kissimmee and Davenport, south of Disney and not as close to the attractions, shopping and dining.

Important to Note:
Orlando Resorts Rental operates a large number of units in Vista Cay and we specialize in this community. Our units are standardized in terms of the bedding setup, linens, and amenities but are individually decorated. Our homeowners must meet strict quality standards to be in our rental pool and our reviews are from guests who all stayed in different units. The 3 Bedroom Standard apartments are located on Cayview Avenue and Breakview Drive within the resort.

This was the perfect location for a group of 4. We were in town for Warped Tour and Mickey's Christmas party so this location was halfway between both. There were lots of walkable conveniences around if you needed groceries or food but needed to Uber (or in our case, we had a car) to get to any major attractions but 15 min was not a bad drive to Disney or downtown Orlando. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and felt very safe. Definitely could use some updating but that's not a big deal. Only issue we had was that the water went out for a few hours one morning due to an issue in another unit. We weren't notified at all and it delayed our plans for the day but a call to the property manager and he was extremely apologetic and kept us updated on when the water would be back on, which was just a couple hours. Overall I recommend this place and would stay again!

My daughter had a cheer competition this weekend in Orlando and this was the best location! The Convention center was a 7 min drive and the rental is a great area for entertainment and food. We loved the place, very spacious, clean, check-in was easy, and instructions given were easy to follow to get in the gate and unit. Will definitely stay here again!
