About this property
Coastal Cape Porpoise Sanctuary with Water Access
KPort Concierge is proud to welcome you to the ultimate Cape Porpoise sanctuary with water views.
Welcome to your one-of-a-kind Cape Porpoise getaway. Recently renovated and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and gathering, this expansive 4-bedroom home (over 4,200 sq. ft.) offers endless spaces to relax, connect, and enjoy the beauty of coastal Maine.
Set on 3.5 acres bordering the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, the property overlooks Sampson Cove—a tidal inlet that shifts with the day, creating a serene backdrop for your stay. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the screened-in porch, gazing out from the primary suite’s private deck, or gathering around one of the home’s three wood-burning fireplaces, you’ll find yourself immersed in the tranquility of Cape Porpoise.
Inside, the brand-new kitchen is a chef’s dream, designed for preparing everything from simple lobster rolls to full family feasts. Off the kitchen, the screened-in porch makes the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails with water views. After a day at the beach, retreat to the “color-drenched” media room—perfect for movie nights—or spread out in one of the many cozy living spaces. Make unforgettable Maine memories in the "camp" room which provides a true taste of the Pine Tree State.
Sleeping arrangements:
Primary suite: King bed, en suite bath, gas fireplace, and private deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the cove.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (the “camp room”): A rustic retreat with warm wood walls, queen bed, two twin beds, and its own living area—ideal for kids, teens, or anyone craving a nostalgic camp vibe.
Step outside the property and you’re just minutes from the heart of Cape Porpoise, where lobster boats unload their daily catch at the pier and local markets, cafés, and restaurants give you a true taste of Maine. Take a stroll to Cape Porpoise Kitchen, Ultra Mar, Bradbury's Market, Casa 77 or Nunan's. Alternatively, take advantage of the electric bike provided with the property with kids in tow. A quick drive brings you to Kennebunkport’s Dock Square, lined with shops and galleries, or to Goose Rocks Beach, a beloved stretch of sand ideal for swimming, walking, and tidepooling.
The home also provides water access for launching kayaks or paddleboards which can be delivered by local companies.
Whether you’re hosting a family reunion, enjoying a couples’ getaway, or simply looking for a serene escape by the water, this Cape Porpoise retreat offers an unforgettable blend of charm, space, and coastal beauty.
