Mountain lodge in Dalarna

Welcome to our luxury mountain lodge in the small resort called Fjätervålen in northern Dalarna region. The comfortable house, that sleeps 10, was built in 2006 and is fully equipped with everything you need. Double ceiling heights in the living room area combined with a large open kitchen great for cooking and socializing. The fireplace and sauna keeps you warm in the winter. The house is located right by the foot of the mountain and has great views. In winter ski in ski out. In summer hiking, biking and fishing in total tranquility.

Fjätervålen is located close to the major ski resort of Idre Fjäll just 15 km away. There they offer many summer activities such as a beautiful 18 hole golf course, horseback riding, mob and down hill bike riding, swimingpool, etc. Stockholm is 490 km to the south east. Closest airport is Scandinavian Mountain Airport 130 km away.

Unvergessliche Zeit

Wir waren im Juli/August in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Nach jedem unserer Schwedenurlaube denken wir, dass es nicht besser geht aber dieser Urlaub hat das wieder übertroffen. Dieses Haus ist wirklich unbeschreiblich schön und gemütlich. Alles was man braucht ist da. Es fehlt einem an nichts! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und es gibt einfach so viel zu sehen und zu entdecken. Das Highlight waren natürlich die Rentiere die täglich mehrmals am Haus vorbeigelaufen sind. Dieses Erlebnis war einfach unvergesslich. Auch der Kontakt zu dem Gastgeber war toll. Wir sind sehr dankbar dass wir das erleben durften und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Entspannen in schöne Umgebung

Es geht hier um eine sehr schön eingerichteten Blockhütte. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und eine Galerie oben. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren in August in Urlaub und fanden in unmittelbarer Umgebung viele Blaubeeren und Preiselbeeren und Pilze ( Rotkappen). Wir haben täglich mehrere Renntiere gesehen. Die Blockhütte steht in ein Skigebiet. Dieses ist in August total verlassen. Es liegen zwar andere Hütten in Sichtweite, aber sie waren nicht bewohnt. Dieses war für uns total in Ordnung und wir haben die Ruhe auch genossen. Ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt ist Idre und Idre Fjäll. Dort gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitangebote. Für uns war insbesondere der Down Hill Mountainbike von Interesse. Desweiteren gibt es verschiedene gute Wandermöglichkeiten. Man muss sie allerdings ein wenig suchen. Der Vermieter ist sehr behilflich und per Mail gut erreichbar. Es gibt ein gutes WLAN. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Prachtige lodge in wondermooi landschap

Tijdens onze rondreis met ons gezin (3 kinderen, 10 - 12 -16) door Zweden, was dit onze mooiste bestemming. Niet enkel de lokatie, ook het huis. Alles was perfect in orde. We zouden graag terugkomen ... eens in de winter ... want dan moet het ook prachtig zijn. Telefonische contacten met eigenaar verliepen prima!
