We had an incredible stay at this property and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The absolute highlight is the dock. It’s the perfect setup for some peaceful alone time. Whether you’re heading out on the boat or just enjoying the water, it’s a serene and beautiful spot.What makes this place truly special is the location. You get the privacy and quiet of the dock, but you're also just a short drive away from the beach. It really is the best of both worlds. The property was well-maintained, and the overall vibe made for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and easy access to the coast.

House was nice and stocked very well! Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the dock due to super shallow water from the main channel to the dock. Spotty WiFi and loose boards on decks. Make sure to pack bug spray for fishing off the dock and the private beach access (was super conveniently located) has steps, no ramp for carts. The elevator gates are not child proof. However, the newly fenced backyard and paths were super nice for kids and pets. The community pool was an added bonus! Our host tried to be super accommodating with the boat situation. Overall, we enjoyed the trip with our family.
