It may not be evident from the posting, but this is a room in a family basement. There was no hot water, which is a basic amenity. We lost a very small, very expensive earbud while we were there which the cleaner found. The host was very kind and contacted us but we were already several hours away. Despite promises that it would be mailed we still haven't received it more than two weeks later. The host was very friendly but we definitely wouldn't return.
