Very nice rental in a great location. The property is hard to move around in a vehicle and would be impossible with a boat or more than one car. Only negative thing we experienced is the pier. It is not private being there isn’t even a gate to get on (but they give you a code) and no lights worked. I picked this rental property 100% because i was planning on doing night pier fishing. Once i was there that all of a sudden wasn’t an option and when i reached out to management they said “that’s a HOA issue. They said the light don’t work, sorry” misleading and unacceptable to me.
