Beautifully renovated condo in a 1840’s Italianate building on Charming Orchard Street! One off street parking spot included. Steps from Main Street, restaurants and bars in OTR/Pendleton Arts District. Includes full kitchen, laundry in basement, and balcony with rocking chairs.
4 blocks to Cincinnati Streetcar which does a 3.6-mile loop that connects The Banks, Downtown and Over-the-Rhine.

Entry into the kitchen from sidewalk right next to our private off street parking pad. White shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, stocked kitchen for cooking and dining in, and a coffee bar. Cool brick arch between the kitchen and living room. Living room has a couch that can fold down into a queen size bed, 55 inch smart TV, and has an adjoining half bath. Spiral staircase up from living room to the office room that has a Queen Murphy bed that can be used for additional guest at an extra cost. The full bathroom is also off this space. The bedroom is the next room with a queen bed with memory foam mattress. Closet with hangars and a foldable luggage rack, and a Roku TV mounted on the wall. Private deck off the bedroom with two teak rocking chairs perfect for enjoying the beauty of Orchard street with a cup of coffee.

Entire condo with access to basement for laundry. One off street parking spot.
Other things to note:
Bedroom is on the second floor so you will either have to walk up the spiral staircase or walk out into the building’s common hallway for the normal staircase and come back in through the office. This second option is best for bringing any luggage upstairs.

I love the walkability of the neighborhood. There are hundreds of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops nearby. And walkable to professional sports teams stadiums like the Reds, Bengals, Cyclones, and FCC.
What makes this property unique
It's located on the corner of one of the nicest residential streets in OTR and has off-street parking, which is very rare in OTR. It's cozy and comfortable!
