The renovated interior is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit high-efficiency washer and dryer - all included for your convenience. The large walk-in closets provide ample storage space, while the tankless hot water system ensures you`ll never run out of hot water.
The building also offers an elevator for easy access to all floors. For those who love the outdoors, Detroit Lofts is bicycle-friendly and just a stone`s throw away from the Drillers Baseball Ballpark. Plus, with our valet trash service, you can say goodbye to the hassle of waste disposal.

We hold strict quiet hours after 10pm and expect guests to be mindful of their neighbors after this time.
We love our furry guests, but they are not allowed on furniture and must be crated when left alone. Pets should be leashed when entering and exiting the building. We also expect pet owners to clean up after their pets outside.
Reservations come with one garage parking spot in the secure, gated and 24/7 garage across the street behind the Holiday Inn. Additional cars may park on the street: Downtown Tulsa metered street parking is $1/hour and enforced Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a two-hour limit. On-street parking is free on weekends and after 5 p.m. on weekdays.
The Tulsa Arts District is home to retail and service shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, galleries, museums, parks, private businesses, residences and historic music venues. It is located in the northern section of downtown Tulsa and is bordered by Denver on the west, Elgin on the east, the IDL (I-244) on the north and the railroad tracks on the south.
Property is easy to access, and very walkable and bike friendly in downtown`s Arts District.
We provide coffee, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to get guests started. Guests needing additional of these items will need to replenish their supply.
Please message the team on the app. We are most responsive between 8am and 6pm CT but provide contact details for after hours and in case of emergency. - Smoking is NOT permitted indoors. Please extinguish and throw all cigarette butts/cigars in the trash and not on the grounds. - No parties/gatherings. - Only guests included on the reservation may stay on the property unless prior approval is provided by the host. - We love pets, but they must be approved and listed on the reservation. We are not responsible for any pets on the property. Please keep pets leashed when outdoors and clean up any pet waste. - Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am – please be mindful of our neighbors, especially if gathering outside during these hours. - Please do not move any furniture/décor without permission.
- We try and create a hotel-like feel with our all-white linens. Should any bed or bath linens be permanently stained at the end of your visit, you will be charge according to the following fee schedule:

Great location and great layout. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful with getting an additional parking pass. The unit was clean and comfortable. Just a couple of hints on things you could add to increase comfort level:Extra blanketsWine glassesAdditional plates, bowls and glasses Bedside tables on both sides on beds A hard copy of directions to access the rental portal - the link provided thru VRBO would not work thru the app.
