Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, linens, towels, toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests should plan to purchase or bring their own additional supplies, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, and laundry detergent.
Propane Grill: A propane gas grill is available for your use. Guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank if it is empty and cleaning it thoroughly after each use.
Safety & Maintenance: The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. The property is professionally treated for pests monthly. We reserve the right to enter the property in the event of an emergency or with 24 hours’ notice for necessary maintenance.
Interaction with Guests:
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are available via the app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, but will otherwise give you your space to enjoy the home.
