This people are no good. First around 12 noon the lady sent me a message saying that if is to late to get a refund .I said unfortunately you cannot do any cancellations because we need seven days prior. She got a little bit upset so they decided to show up to the reservation, first they they didn’t even bring anything in , but just to put some nasty smell on the carpets and bathhroom for them to be able to get their money refunded. a little they knew that I just left the property. my niece and I , left it really clean and that smell wasn’t there ,they claimed that was the septic . Number one it’s a brand new Home brand new septic I said to them , I was 💯 sure that they spray something on the air and the carpet. In the reason why . I took the carpet out and the smell got better. I opened the windows and I went back an hour later and the smell was completely gone. They write away call vrbo claiming that they want their money back. I said absolutely not because they did something to the carpet for them to get money back, but then they put me in a three-way call in right away. He starts threatening me saying that he’s gonna call ice ,that I was gonna get picked up the next day by ice, how little he knew .that I am a Native American I am the real American not because his skin is white. Doesn’t mean that he’s American. The real Americans are native American like my family. This people are used to do on this kind of stuff to others . And they got away. so I just wanna put it out there. Don’t rent it them . They will do it again .I even told them for them to take the place early, to be kind before check-in and they’re very not appreciated people.
