Treviso Bay is one of the newest golf communities in the Naples area. The course is an absolutely stunning TPC course with incredible conditions. It was masterfully carved out of the 110,000 acre Rookery Bay Preserve.
Well-designed and challenging for players of all skill levels, the serene natural surroundings contribute to an enjoyable round. Players of a a variety of skill levels agree that Treviso Bay is certainly one of the finest tracks in all southwest Florida.


What is special about this particular unit is that it actually fronts on the course - one of the very few in the entire community that can actually say that. The unit is brand new. There is a spacious open living room/dining area with a slider to the screened lanai overlooking the 11th teebox. The kitchen area has plentiful maple cabinetry, stainless appliances and granite countertops. It leads to a 15' x 11' screened veranda with a comfortable outdoor dining set.
There is a cozy den , perfect for quiet reading or internet use. (The entire condo is equipped with wireless internet service.) The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and tiled bath with oversized shower and double-basin vanity.
The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds, with the guest bath and laundry just outside the door.
The course-facing lanai offers a very attractive view from comfortable outdoor seating - the perfect spot to watch the glorious Naples sunrise.

Why they chose this property

Why this property? Because we are one of a very few homes at Treviso Bay with actual golf course views. TPC courses discourage homes close to the fairways, privacy is key for PGA tournaments. We're lucky to have an unobstructed view of the 11th tee box and fairway.

The condo's 100% newness is so terrific. It's fresh and so inviting. The den adds additional living space. There are 2 screened porches, and a garage - how convenient for beach gear and bikes!
