The Franklin was 100% renovated with all new interior construction in 2024 with commendation s.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to remove the trash from the unit unless you want to during your stay. There is a dumpster at the end of the parking shoot you want to empty during your visit.
Simply put the used towel in the bin in the closet. No need to strip the beds. We will do that for you.
We would appreciate if you load dishwasher, but if you’re running short on time, we would be happy to do that for you

The host is very responsive and helpful. The amenities were fantastic. The condo is super clean, well maintained and even has super soft towels and a little snack bar with coffee, tea, and chips. Very impressed with the host and the amenities. Location to dining and nightlife is great fir a family. Free parking also a great bonus. Wonderful place to stay!

The Franklin was an excellent stay! The property was easy to locate and access. The suite was very cozy and had everything we needed. We were super glad that it was pet-friendly. The host was awesome to work with and was very communicative. We did have an incident as a group of people tried to break into our car in the parking lot and damaged our vehicle. The host was very apologetic and provided us the security footage and informed the police department of the incident.
