The Space:
This updated modern mountain space makes a wonderfully comfortable space for your next trip to Mammoth Lakes! The property is an oversized 1 bedroom and 1.25 baths, top floor, corner unit with convenient access to Eagle Lodge. Walk to ski-lifts and/or town bike path with ease from your front door! The home offers 868 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, with high vaulted ceilings and hard wood flooring throughout.

The vaulted ceilings give the living space a big open feel. The living room has a TV, comfortable leather sectional sofa and wood burning stove - perfect for keeping warm during the cold winter months. Off the living area, is an enclosed sunroom w/ seating area to take in the beautiful mountain warmth.

The kitchen has upgraded stainless-steel appliances and comes fully stocked and ready to prepare a nice meal. Off the kitchen is a large mudroom area – perfect for storing gear and equipment year-round!

In the dining area, there is a pub table with seating for 2 – 4. The built in Murphy bed offers a queen-sized mattress and extra storage space w/ drawers for clothing. The living room has easy access to the full bathroom and its own separate vanity area.

The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, TV, dresser and closet space. There is an ensuite full bathroom with separate vanity area and tub/shower.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 shampoo/body wash, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and pellets.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Aspen Creek. There are 3 jacuzzies, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), in-building laundry room with coin-machine, and trash room.

There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - there is 1 assigned parking space in the garage (height limit 8' 6”). Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle at all times and return upon leaving the condo.

Other details to note:
Please leave all shoes, gear and equipment in the mudroom.
