Charming 4-Bedroom Getaway: River Access, Gorgeous Views, Party Barn, Hot Tub
Pull into the long drive and discover the cutest farmhouse that ever was—set on 80 acres beneath towering oaks, surrounded by a white picket fence. Inside, you'll fall in love with the modern vintage interiors, a huge bright kitchen, and thoughtful details throughout.
(The inside of this home is being renovated- we can't wait to show you the finished product! Renovations will be done by February of 2026.)
The home sleeps up to 7 with a king bed, queen bed, 1 full beds, and 1 bunk bed.. Cook meals together in the spacious kitchen, enjoy coffee on the porch with sweeping countryside views, or soak in the hot tub under the stars.
The Party Barn is the perfect place to hang with the group, or for even larger events. (Please reach out if hosting an event to get a quote.)
Take the golf cart down to your private river access, complete with gravel bars, kayaks (for recreational floating- this is a small river!), and peaceful fishing spots. Or relax by Sycamore Creek, read in the hammock, skip rocks, and enjoy the quiet beauty of the Missouri countryside.

The River House can be booked alone or together for the ultimate countryside getaway—where families gather, friends celebrate, and memories are made. These two properties do not share land or river access (each is private) but are 1 mile away from each other by road.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put trash in outside trash bin.
Return air to 80 in summer and 69 in winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
