House was the perfect size for our family from a 3-year-old to people in their mid 70's. Location was good, close walking distance to the beach. However, with a check in of 4:00 pm and a check out of 9:00 am, we did not feel as if we got a full week's vacation. It was nice that the property managers let us know when the house was clean so that we could check in a little earlier. There were beach chairs for our use that we did not expect. There was a barbeque grill, but it was filthy and there was no cleaning brush to clean the grill with so we could not use it. The one thing I would add would be kitchen towels. There was only 1 small kitchen towel. All in all, the house was great and we had a wonderful vacation.

The Victory property team is outstanding. I had a couple of requests and questions during the week - their follow up was outstanding. If you are looking for a big house with an outstanding front porch and a great backyard, you should strongly consider the Wild Fudgie Wudgie house at 1905 Central Avenue.
