Holiday home " Amura "
Beautiful new villa in Majadales de Roche ( Conil ) in a very quiet rural area,
located in a pine wood zone where you will enjoy nature and tranquility,
only 5 minutes drive from Conil and the local beaches.
This villa consists on a 3 bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and the bathroom inside. The living room has a fireplace, The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and the other with shower.
The house with an approximate surface of 120 m2 meters and 500 m2 of tropical garden, with a beautiful swimming pool, and a barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories suitable for up to 6 people.
FREE Wi-Fi (for rentals of at least 7 nights)
Air conditioning in living room and master bedroom.
Key collection takes place at Trafalgar Street No. 38 (Conil) from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. (after this time consult with me)

Lovely holiday in Amura

We had a lovely holiday in Amura summer house. We really liked the outdoor areas: the garden and the pool. The house was well equipped, we found everything that we needed. We could travel here again!

The villa and the garden is very nice, beautiful. Comfotable and al you need to relax!! Very nice pool and garden, very quiet! The only thing is, the last part of the street to the house ( 400m) is very bad with wholes. It will be repaired in the future and this would not hold as back to come again to this beautifull house and garden! Adolfo was very much welcoming us, always very kind and friendly!

As you mentioned, the house is located in a natural rural setting in the Pinar area, and access includes a short stretch of unpaved rural road (about 300 meters). After more than two months of continuous storms and heavy rain in the area, the road has unfortunately deteriorated more than usual. It will be repaired as soon as the weather improves. This is a really nice holiday villa located just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beach you could wish for. Adolfo was super helpful, providing a cot and high chair at very short notice. Would wholly recommend.

Quiet well equipped house with beautiful garden

A restful place to stay, outside the busy-ness of Conil. The house is very clean and has everything you need and the owners are helpful. The garden is a real plus, with lovely trees and attracting lots of birds. The property’s a little tricky to find and I wouldn’t have wanted to navigate in the dark, but once you orient yourselves, everything is very handy. The house itself is well positioned for trips to some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, and some of the most interesting towns and cities.

Entspannte Oase

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool und ein sehr schöner eingewachsener Garten. Alles sehr gut gepflegt! Das Haus liegt etwas versteckt, über Feldwege zu erreichen. Zum Finden hilft das Navi nur bedingt, aber die Beschreibung vom Vermieter ist sehr gut! Zu den schönen weitläufigen Stränden in Roche und Conil ist es nicht sehr weit. Sehr netter (schriftlicher) Kontakt zum Vermieter, der sich wirklich kümmerte, dafür sorgte, dass wir uns wohl fühlten uns und nochmal zusätzlich mit diversen Tipps zu Stränden und Restaurants versorgt hat. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit der Agentur funktionierte auch super. Alles perfekte Bedingungen für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Wunderschöne Woche in Conil

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Wohngegend, abseits eines Pinienwaldes. Der Garten und Pool sind sehr gut gepflegt und das Haus bietet alles, was man für eine erholsame Ferienwoche braucht. Gute, funktionale Kücheneinrichtung und diverse Supermärkte in der Nähe. Check-in und Organisation im Vorfeld verlief sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir hatten eine wundervolle und relaxte Woche!

Goed verzorgde villa in rustige omgeving

Huis en zwembad: alles compleet en netjes onderhouden. Ruime slaapkamers met voldoende opbergruimte.1 slaapkamer is met badkamer. De 2e badkamer is naast de keuken. Keuken zeer compleet en netjes. Tuin is prachtig en zwembad schoon. Eigenaar: zeer vriendelijke man om contact mee te hebben en antwoord snel op mails. Verder is er ook goed contact met de agency waar je de sleutel haalt. Omgeving: wij waren er in mei en het is zeer rustig in de omgeving. Om het huis te vinden kan je het beste de coördinaten intikken anders lastig te vinden. Een auto is wel aan te bevelen. Weinig restaurants in de buurt waar het gezellig was. Het is nog erg stil in mei. Het beste kan je naar Conil de la Fronteira (10 km) om te eten en voor gezelligheid en winkeltjes. Strand daar is prachtig en breed en een mooi blauwe zee. Het waaide wel veel, soms tot windkracht 5. Het stadje La Roche is niet veel aan, meer een rijke urban . Niet gezellig. Alles bij elkaar een aanrader.

Bestens ausgestattetes (z.B. Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank, deutsche TV-Programme), sehr sauberes, modernes, schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Schön eingewachsener, gepflegter Garten mit schattigen Plätzchen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit und gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Ruhige Lage in ländlicher Gegend (Auto erforderlich), zum Strand nach Roche (Badebuchten) ca. 10 min, nach Conil (langer Sandstrand) 15-20 min.

Perfecta para descansar

La casa está fantástica.Muy limpia y con todo tipo de comodidades.El jardín y la piscina son una maravilla. El propietario ha estado pendiente de que todo estuviese correcto. El único inconveniente ha sido que con esta ola de calor,a las noches la temperatura era alta y ha sido dificil conciliar el sueño. Pero sin ninguna duda recomiendo este alojamiento.

Villa vom Feinsten

Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage. Man vermutet in dieser Gegend keine solch tolle Villa. Anfahrt über Feldwege, dafür wird man am Morgen vom Hahn geweckt und hört ab und zu Ziegengemecker. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Ausgiebig den Pool genutzt. Die Villa war absolut sauber. Der Zustand war bestens. Conil ist etwa 5 km entfernt, mit einigen grossen Supermärkten. Minimarket in 1 km Entfernung. Restaurantauswahl in Conil sehr gross. Sehenswerte Orte wie zB. Cadiz, Fejer, Tarifa usw. in der Nähe.

Villa is top!

De villa is echt geweldig. Goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alle 3 de slaapkamers bevatten bedden met goede stevige matrassen. Precies zoals op de foto\'s. In de prachtige tropische tuin, ligt het goed onderhouden zwembad. Deze is nog een beetje koel op dit tijdstip van het jaar, maar mag de pret niet drukken. De villa ligt redelijk achteraf, is goed omheind. Je hebt zeker een auto nodig om de omgeving te verkennen. Het centrum van Conil de la Frontera is op 5 á 10 minuten rijden. Het weer in deze periode was heerlijk, dus wij hebben genoten van een fantastische vakantie.
