Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood and it is centrally located, offering the best of the Quad cities. We are right next to another gazebo. In a park like setting steps away from the bike trail that takes us down to the Mississippi river or up to Whitey’s ice cream.
I was actually involved in building the streets for this neighborhood back in the 80s with my grandfather‘s paving business so I have a little attachment to it all.
I also raised my children in this neighborhood.

What makes this property unique
We believe we’ve created a one-of-a-kind property in this area for anyone coming in from out of town that want to avoid the trap of a hotel. We built an outdoor bar and grill with a 40 inch grill top covered in a large gazebo surrounded by the hot tub, gas, fire pit and the putting green.
We covered the underneath of the deck, creating another dining area outside with seating for 10 on a concrete table and chairs.
We put the fitness room on the lower level, including weights, enormous mirror, three person sauna and a mini fridge.
There is a 14 foot shuffleboard in the basement alongside the electronic dartboard and we also converted the garage into a small indoor putting green with a lit up regular dartboard and 70 inch TV with a couple ceiling fans so I keep things cool.
The master comes with a three head 6’ x 6’ tiled, shower and a standalone tub and two large vanities and a separate water closet.
