MOTHER-IN-LAW SUITE:
Please note this home has a shared wall with an occupied tenant. You have your own private entrance and outdoor space. Rest assured there will be no interruptions during your stay.
NO LOUD PARTIES:
Please be respectful of our neighbors! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of NO outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. NO outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Thank you in advance for understanding and being a Good Neighbor.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
VERIFICATION:
Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.

1. Place all food-waste in outdoor bins by the garage.
2. Wash dishes or start the dishwasher.
3. Return furniture to its original spots.
4. If used, close BBQ/fire-pit propane valves.
5. If used, cover pool & hot tub and switch off jets & light.
6. Turn off all lights and thermostat.
7. Lock all doors (front/back/sliding/garage) and close windows.
8. Final check for personal items; lost-&-found returns incur a $25 fee + shipping.
9. Excessive mess or damage may incur a $500 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
