Welcome to The Green Casita — a teal stilt home in Mahi Bay that takes outdoor entertainment to a whole new level.
Inside, the upper-level open floor plan features a modern kitchen with herringbone tile backsplash, quartz island with wicker bar stools, pendant lights, and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a dark sectional with sea creature pillows, a marble coffee table, and sea turtle art. A ring chandelier hangs over the dining table that seats six.
Four bedrooms include a California king master with marlin art and en-suite bath, two additional king bedrooms with their own style and en-suite access, and a bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds — perfect for kids or large groups. Bathrooms feature marble tub/shower surrounds and modern fixtures.
But the real magic is downstairs. The ground level is a full outdoor entertainment zone: wicker sofas with blue cushions, a "Green Casita" neon sign on a moss wall, an "It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere" neon, a dartboard, an outdoor TV, a wood bar with teal stools, and a fire pit lounge table. The private heated lap pool with jets, yellow floats, and Adirondack chairs is fenced for safety and lit with string lights at night.
The upper balcony offers red Adirondack chairs with views of the colorful neighborhood.

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:
To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.
Please note: This residence is not located in an area where golf carts can be used to access the bay side of Highway 361. Local laws strictly prohibit crossing Highway 361 by golf cart, and violators may be subject to fines.
