Lovely and private one bedroom apartment - newly renovated! New fully equipped kitchen with gas stove top (no oven, but charcoal grill provided), large refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, blender, etc. New bathroom with tiled Caribbean shower. Large, bright living room with cable tv, wifi and glass doors to covered terrace overlooking Guana Bay. Spacious bedroom with king size bed, cathedral ceilings, ac, ceiling fan and large closets. Apartment is located on a private, gated, lushly landscaped 1 acre estate.

A HIDDEN TREASURE!
Sugar Shack was a perfect rental for my husband and I for our visit to Sint Maarten.
A beautiful location, quiet and the apartment was lovely and everything you need. The owners Mary & Derya were very gracious hosts and go above and beyond to accommodate you.
Although this was our 5th trip to the island they gave us lots of addition information on places to visit, beaches and restaurants we have not been. I highly recommend this property to
anyone who plans to visit the Island. We would definitely rent this again!

Very attractive, private with a beautiful view. Cozy and well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for 2 people. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly with lots of good suggestions.

A wonderful month in Sxm
Sugar Shack is a very clean and spacious apartment. Mary is a gracious hostess. Information packet was very informative and made our arrival an easy adventure. The apartment is in a beautiful gated community and good location for visiting beaches and restaurants.
We look forward to visiting SXM in 2016.
