You are booking grandma's house. The furniture, decor, carpet, wallpaper, fixtures, etc.. were just very, very vintage 1970's located in a much older neighborhood. The house was clean as far as I could tell. Several stains on the carpet made it feel a little dirty, but I think the carpet was actually clean. We had some ants in the kitchen, but we didn't really use much of the kitchen so it didn't really bother us. Overall, it met our needs.

Nice place for a large group. It is a very family friendly space. It did need to be aired out a little because it smells a little stuffy. Otherwise, it was very accommodating for our group of 8 adults and 3 children.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room with lots of seating, large bedrooms, comfortable beds. Beautiful and private backyard. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Could use a carpet cleaning, brighter lighting, and some small maintenance items, but all in all a great house and we would stay there again.
