Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Outraged! Do not rent here! We had a reservation, but when we followed the instructions, we were turned away. The building staff claimed the apartment was booked and in use, and the admin did not allow us to check in. When we spoke to Expedia, they said that the host said that we were a no show and that they were waiting. We have pictures to show that we were in the building. We are fighting to be reimbursed.
