Why they chose this property

I chose this area because it gives you easy access to a lot of what makes Dallas fun without feeling like you’re staying right in the middle of the busiest part of the city. Trinity Groves is just minutes away for restaurants and great skyline views, and Bishop Arts has a completely different feel with local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and boutiques.

What makes this property unique

The Pour House has a different feel from a lot of vacation rentals. The home leans into a warm, moody atmosphere with a little Dallas character — comfortable and inviting without feeling overly staged.

The backyard is one of the things that really makes the home stand out, with a covered patio, fire pit, grill, outdoor dining, loungers, and cornhole. It gives everyone a place to relax, cook outside, or hang around the fire after a day exploring Dallas.

More than anything, The Pour House is designed to be a place where your group can settle in, spend time together, and actually enjoy the house — not just sleep there between plans.
